As part of the groundworks for School Close, a modular affordable housing development for Mid Devon District Council, our team constructed king-post retaining walls to manage the level changes across the site. Built alongside the foundation pads, drainage and external works, the walls created stable, usable ground around the new homes, and all our works were delivered to the tight programme dates set for the development.
