Housing Foundations at Indio Fields

Foundations for 24 homes, delivered through a wet Devon winter

For Strongvox Homes, we constructed the foundations for all 24 homes at Indio Fields in Bovey Tracey. The site sat alongside lakes and mature trees, and high groundwater turned parts of it soft and boggy over winter. We planned excavations and plant movements carefully around the conditions and tree protection zones, keeping the foundations on programme so the build could progress without delay.
