Full Groundworks Package at Indio Fields

A complete 24-home groundworks package for Strongvox Homes

Our team delivered the full groundworks package for Indio Fields, a 24-home residential development in Bovey Tracey. Over around 12 months, we completed everything from foundations, plot drainage, roads and sewers through to a large attenuation tank, kerbing, driveways and hard landscaping. With up to 14 operatives on site and our own 3 to 13-tonne excavators, we hit every programme date through a wet winter, and Strongvox have since appointed us on several further developments.
